This unique perspective of the Concord Point Lighthouse at dawn is both colorful and beautiful.
This historic lighthouse was built in 1827. It is located in Concord Point Park near the mouth of the Susquehanna river, and was in service until 1975. It currently has a fifth level fresnel lens that is on loan from the U.S. Coast Guard and is lit at night. Additional Sunrise photos are for sale here.
The background of the dock and the Chesapeake Bay makes this a very popular location for sunrise pictures, weddings and other events.
